"Skinny Songs" -- Motivation To Get You Into Those "Skinny Jeans"

Have you ever wished you had some "attitude" to go along with your weight loss efforts? A way to tell your body that you're "on it" and to just keep doing its part to burn the fat?

Cdcover2 I happened to be on the Martha Stewart Show's website and noticed she'd had Heidi Roizen on a recent show. Heidi is know for her entrepreneurial ventures -- she's worked with Apple and founded, ran, and then sold her own software company. This time Heidi is involved with something totally different.

Realizing one day that she weighed more than her husband she knew she had to shed some extra pounds. She started searching for some motivational exercise music but came up empty-handed. What's a girl to do? If you're Heidi, you write a bunch of songs, get yourself a sensational producer, and hire some great musical talent.

The result? Skinny Songs. It's a CD that's a combination of fun, high energy, and exercise-worthy tunes that will get your sass working and your body moving. There's something for everyone -- a little country, a little rock and roll, even a little hip-hop. All with enough humor to keep you smiling.

You can go to the Skinny Songs sample page and hear some clips and read the lyrics for songs such as I'm a Hottie Now and Incredible Shrinking Woman.

Heidi also has created a line of Skinny Song t-shirts that let the world know you're on a mission. I especially like the one that says "Do Not Feed"!

Anyway, I got a kick out of the music and thought it would be great to listen to while I'm out walking away those pounds. You can buy the CD at the Skinny Songs site or you can download it at Amazon.com.

Check it out and let me know what you think!

Yes Heidi has been working so hard on this. She is an incredible woman. Btw, she was also a high profile VC and was a VP at Apple.
